Why I Added Ryze To My Routine

First, you need to know that I LOVE my regular coffee. However, as much as I enjoy it, unfortunately my body doesn’t tolerate it as much and I had been suffering with acidity and tummy aches for several years until I realized that it was partly because of my coffee consumption. That’s when I heard about mushroom coffee and my search for the best one began. I tried several different brands, some better than others, until I finally tried Ryze and it is the brand I prefer now.

RYZE is loaded with six medicinal mushrooms like Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane. It tastes like a delicious, earthy treat and supports my gut health while keeping me productive all day. While you can drink it hot, my preference is iced with a little splash of milk.

You can make all kinds of recipes with it, just like any regular coffee, but it gives you cleaner energy and in my case the big plus is that the daily stomach aches are gone! I still drink my regular coffee as well, but only an Espresso a day and then calm my cravings with my Ryze coffee during the rest of the day.
